Portobello Mushroom and Guinness Pie
A dark and hearty Guiness stew of tasty fresh vegetables, Portobello Mushrooms and fresh local ingredients, topped with a flakey buttery puff pastry.
Storage - Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Bake from chilled for 25 minutes on 200c gas/180c fan.
Serves One or Two as part of a main meal.
