We focus on vata calming and strength building asana that help to build confidence in your body’s natural abilities to birth. We also look at useful practices to maintain mobility, normal ranges of movement and keep the pelvis balanced. You will learn useful breathing techniques, postures for labour and birth. All delivered with yoga principles and peppered with useful information about this life changing event. Pregnancy, birth and motherhood can be a wonderful time of grounding, connectedness, embodiment, health and indeed a time of great awakening.
